Default Colocated Servers?

I heard in one of the videos from GDC that they were going to be colocating the OnLive servers in other people's data centers.

Is anyone besides me concerned about this? I know Microsoft has their own data centers for Xbox Live. It seems like a number of things could happen that are out of their control at the datacenter and then the service is down for hours. Anyone think of this?

I think this is a legitimate concern. I think if they pay good money to colocated in well established data centers it shouldnt be much of a problem though.
